REMOTE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR - Oregon OR Washington

Job Description
As a Transaction Coordinator with SMPL Transactions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of residential real estate transactions from contract to close. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities will contribute to the success of our clients' buying and selling experiences. You will collaborate closely with real estate agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of the transaction process.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and agents from contract to close in a real estate transaction.
- Manage and organize all transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, and other parties to ensure a timely and successful closing.
- Communicate transaction updates, deadlines, and requirements to clients and agents in a clear and timely manner.
- Schedule and facilitate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary appointments.
- Monitor and manage transaction timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and potential issues are addressed promptly.
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including data entry, file maintenance, and record-keeping.
- Assist in resolving any transaction-related issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices, and market trends to ensure compliance and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator, real estate assistant, or a similar administrative role related to real estate is highly encouraged.
- Proficiency with real estate contracts, documents, and terminology for Oregon or Washington state.
- Reliable Wifi access is crucial since this position is completely remote.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using transaction management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.
- Applicant needs to have a clean background (No felonies or unsettled misdemeanors).
Schedule:
- 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday
- Full-time
- Remote position
