Role Description

- Strong skills in Training Coordination, Training, and organizing training programs
- Proficiency in Training & Development and Employee Training
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with participants and trainers
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs is mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Working knowledge of training tools, materials, and online platforms is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the training sector is required
