Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Training Consultant. The Training Consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, consulting on business strategies, and improving customer service practices. Day-to-day tasks include creating training materials, conducting training sessions, communicating with clients, and providing ongoing support and consultation. The role requires working closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
