Description

SAIC is seeking a Training Analyst to join our Defense & Civilian Sector in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC) on the Customer Experience and Innovation/User Education & IT Training team.

Responsible for maintaining applications to be delivered via computer-based training, eLearning environments and learning management systems. Conducts training analysis, designs and develops training curricula, designs and develops multimedia/web storyboards and training, and measures and evaluates effectiveness of training.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret tech facing training material to end user training material
  • End user training material development (traditional)
  • ILT course analysis
  • ILT course development
  • Customer collaboration for course development and enhancement
  • Web based training (traditional)
  • Review ILT as needed
  • Deliver ILT
  • Facilitate 11 and tailored mentoring sessions
  • Develop internal SOP's

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Additional experience may be acceptable in lieu of the degree
  • One year of equivalent experience
  • Must be willing to work effectively within a team environment in a fast-paced support role
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years with the ability to obtain a public trust

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Knowledge and experience with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator, Articulate Storyline 360
  • Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting CBT’s into a learning management system
  • Ability to create, test, and review new and existing course materials for the development of Computer-Based Training (CBT)
  • Knowledge of Successive Approximation Model (SAM) training model
  • Ability to work under a tight deadline
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, be dependable, outgoing and positive with excellent problem-solving skills

Target salary range $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
