Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Trading Escalations Specialist. The Trading Escalations Specialist will handle escalation incidents, thoroughly investigate issues, and promptly resolve trading-related challenges to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing data, collaborating with relevant teams, and providing support to optimize trading processes. Clear and effective communication will be critical for addressing inquiries and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Escalations Management and handling escalation processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve complex trading issues
  • Experience in Customer Support and managing client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills for conveying information clearly and efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Previous experience in trading or financial services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
