Position: Tier 1 IT Support

Compensation: $20 - $24 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Fully Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Tier 1 IT Support to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide technical support to users remotely
Assist with POS systems and pen pad issues
Resolve network and printer problems
Log and escalate tickets as needed
Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex issues
Follow documentation for troubleshooting

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Basic experience with computers
CompTIA+ certification or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Reliable in logging and escalating tickets

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Previous IT support experience
Knowledge of POS systems
