Tier 1 IT Support
Position: Tier 1 IT Support
Compensation: $20 - $24 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Fully Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Tier 1 IT Support to join their team!
Are you ready to dive into the world of IT support with a dynamic team? We're looking for a Tier 1 IT Support Technician to tackle exciting challenges and make a real impact. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide technical support to users remotely
- Assist with POS systems and pen pad issues
- Resolve network and printer problems
- Log and escalate tickets as needed
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex issues
- Follow documentation for troubleshooting
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Basic experience with computers
- CompTIA+ certification or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable in logging and escalating tickets
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Previous IT support experience
- Knowledge of POS systems
