Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, spearheading sales within the assigned territory, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include devising sales strategies, conducting customer training sessions, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing sales operations effectively. The role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting revenue targets.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and maintain client satisfaction
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in facilitating Training sessions to educate customers or internal teams about products and solutions
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Equivalent
  • Familiarity with the scientific glass or related industrial sectors is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

 • Drive sales growth across assigned territories

 • Develop & manage channel partners and key accounts

 • Identify new business opportunities in Pharma API, Speciality Chemicals, Bulk Drugs,  R&D, CRO, Academic & Industrial labs.

 • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions

 • Prepare forecasts, track opportunities, and close deals

 • Coordinate with service & technical teams for smooth execution

Desired Profile

 • 3+ years’ experience in Pharma API and chemical process system

 • Candidates with prior chemistry background will be strongly preferred

 • Strong understanding of customer applications & workflows

 • Excellent communication & negotiation skills

 • Willingness to travel extensively
