Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telemarketing Representative. The Telemarketing Representative will handle outbound and inbound calls to engage with customers, promote products or services, and generate sales opportunities. Responsibilities include proficiently managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and following up with potential leads. The role requires maintaining accurate records of calls and effectively communicating service offerings while achieving sales and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and problem-solving skills
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Proficiency in Sales and lead generation strategies
Ability to effectively engage with clients and build rapport remotely
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are beneficial
