Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telemarketing Agent. The Telemarketing Agent will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, providing detailed information about products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The agent will also work towards achieving sales targets by persuading prospective customers and documenting interactions in the company's system.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle queries and build professional relationships with clients
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to engage effectively with potential and existing customers
Sales experience and skills to achieve set targets and promote services effectively
Self-motivation, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and strong time management skills
Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and CRM tools is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
