This is a remote internship role for a Telecaller Sales Associate. The intern will be responsible for communicating with potential customers via phone to promote travel packages and services. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, explaining booking procedures, addressing customer queries, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor during client interactions. Additionally, interns will manage customer databases and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or customer database software.
- Ability to explain services clearly, meet sales targets, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple client discussions and follow-ups.
- Enthusiasm for travel, customer service, and hospitality; prior sales or telecalling experience is an advantage.
