The Role

Lead the implementation of emergent IC Strike and Targeting training capabilities, ensuring alignment with DoD and Joint training publications.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to embed training initiatives across institutional, operational, and self-development domains.
Develop and execute innovative training strategies and learning concepts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Craft sophisticated, technical, and hands-on training materials for advanced learners, utilizing tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Apply operational expertise to cultivate a collaborative environment, driving progress and excellence in IC Strike and Targeting.

What You'll Need

8+ years of experience in Intelligence Strike or Targeting support.
3+ years in curriculum development, including planning, implementing, and maintaining courseware and assessments.
3+ years developing performance-based technical training using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with Content Planning Module (CPM), Learning Object Module (LOM), and MOODLE for training content management.
Active TS/SCI clearance is a must-have for this critical role.
