Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist. The Technical Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide troubleshooting assistance, and offer solutions to technical issues. Responsibilities include supporting customers via various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to improve overall service quality. This role also involves analyzing technical issues to identify patterns and proactively address potential challenges.


Responsibilities:</p>


  • Daily monitoring of the hotellab system performance and data accuracy
  • Configuration and control of hotellab pricing algorithms
  • Full ownership of key hotel projects in Revenue Management


  • Consulting clients on all matters related to the hotellab system
  • Providing expert recommendations in Revenue Management
  • Participating in onboarding and launch of new clients
  • Contributing to the development of new services and features
  • Participating in online meetings with clients
  • Preparing reports and documentation




Requirements:


  • At sleast 1 year of experience in Revenue Management
  • Experience with SQL databases is a plus
  • Fluent English
  • Strong knowledge of the hotel and travel industry Technology, or related fields is preferred
