Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist
Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting customers, collaborating with other engineers and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements, and resolving bugs and issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end development, and will be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field
- 2 years experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Proficiency in at least one server-side programming language such as Python, Java, or Node.js
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Good understanding of database design principles and experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
