Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled support specialist to join our global B2B data services team. You’ll be the bridge between our product and our clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing success — especially across high-growth regions like the Middle East and Asia.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for global B2B clients, responding promptly to inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide hands-on support throughout the customer lifecycle — from onboarding and integration to post-deployment optimization.
  • Collaborate with business and product teams to deliver pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance.
  • Proactively guide clients through integration processes, accelerating timelines and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Monitor and document recurring technical or data-related issues, and contribute to internal solution development.
  • Maintain a high standard of responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer success, or solution engineering.
  • Strong analytical thinking and fast learning ability; able to quickly understand product architecture and diagnose issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable working across teams and time zones.
  • Familiarity with Linux environments, networking fundamentals, and scripting (Python, SQL).
  • Experience with B2B platforms or sports data products is a strong plus.
