Job Type: Internship (6 Days/Week)

Work Timings: US Shift – 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM NPT

Stipend: NPR 10,000 per month

Location: Nepal(Remote)

Job Overview:


Code Mantra is seeking a Technical Support Intern to provide real-time technical assistance to students and their parents during live online classes. The role primarily involves Level 1 technical support, ensuring smooth access to virtual sessions, platform navigation, and basic coding environment setup.

This position focuses on troubleshooting and guidance, not teaching or advanced coding support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide real-time troubleshooting for audio, video, and connectivity issues during live sessions.
  • Assist students in navigating the Code Mantra dashboard, including assignment submission, quiz access, and course material usage.
  • Support software downloads, browser configuration, and general system setup.
  • Provide Level 1 support for HTML and CSS setup, including:
  • Code editor installation and configuration
  • Creating and saving HTML/CSS files
  • Opening projects in a browser
  • Resolving basic setup or file path issues
  • Handle login, password, and access-related concerns.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to trainers or the internal technical team.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with students and parents.


Qualifications:


  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with browsers, system troubleshooting, and video conferencing platforms.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in US shift timings (2:00 AM – 10:00 AM NPT).
  • Ability to handle real-time support scenarios calmly and professionally.
