Technical Sales Specialist

Duties

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying sales leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM tools
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data
  • Support scheduling of meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Communicate with prospects via email, phone, and social media platforms
  • Prepare basic reports on outreach performance and sales pipeline metrics
  • Assist with administrative tasks including follow-ups, CRM entries, and proposal drafts
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and materials


Experience

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
