This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle of the recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to the hiring stage. Daily tasks include technical recruiting, creating hiring strategies, conducting interviews, and communicating effectively with potential candidates and hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining records of candidate interviews, managing ATS systems, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and Hiring strategies
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the technology or education industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
