Role Description

This is a full-time, Technical Recruiter - 100% Remote. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting technical reviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Additional responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and fostering strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams to achieve hiring goals effectively.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and securing talent
  • Strong expertise in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting for specialized roles in technology-focused industries
  • Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders, candidates, and hiring teams across different levels
  • Ability to create and maintain networks and talent pipelines with an emphasis on innovation and collaboration
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
  • Understanding of talent acquisition in State, Government or Non-Profit sectors is advantageous
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
