Remote Technical Recruiter


We're looking for a KPI-driven Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of tech roles. This role involves sourcing and engaging top technical talent, managing pipelines, and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate has strong experience in IT recruitment, outstanding communication skills, and a strategic mindset geared toward results and growth.


Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and build tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and oversee technical assessments to evaluate candidate proficiency.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future technical roles.
  • Manage communication throughout the candidate lifecycle—scheduling interviews, sharing feedback, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR to negotiate offers and support a smooth onboarding process.
  • Keep current with recruitment trends and continuously improve sourcing/recruitment strategies.
  • Meet and exceed hiring targets and KPIs, while managing 2–3 roles simultaneously.
  • Support business development by reaching out to clients and promoting outstaffing services.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of clients and business opportunities.


Requirements
  • 1-2 years of exiperience and proven success in a technical recruiting role, ideally in IT/tech environments.
  • Understanding of technical roles such as software engineers, developers, QA specialists, data scientists, DevOps, etc.
  • Strong sourcing skills using a variety of platforms and methods.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate evaluation abilities.
  • Skilled in using ATS and recruitment tools to manage and track applicants.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • KPI-driven mindset with a focus on quality, speed, and conversion.
  • Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Social media savvy, with the ability to create and share engaging recruitment content.
  • Creative problem-solver with a go-getter attitude.
