Role Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized and technically savvy Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects across our engineering teams. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with GrowthRune’s vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple software products
  • Create and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables using tools such as Asana
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration between UI/UX designers, developers, and QA
  • Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Monitor performance, identify blockers, and keep teams on track
  • Manage versioning and releases using structured build/versioning practices
  • Interview candidates for our technical placements
  • Administer technical interviews
Required Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a technical software environment
  • Solid understanding of TypeScript, MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and technical workflows
  • Proficient in project management tools, especially Asana
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive monthly salary: PKR 150,000 to 250,000
