Remote Technical Customer Success Associate ($85k-$100k)
We’re hiring a Technical Customer Success Associate to help customers successfully onboard, use, and grow with our platform.
This role combines technology, customer interaction, and problem-solving, making it an ideal entry point into the tech industry. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure users get the most value from our product while helping identify opportunities to improve the overall experience.
This is a fully remote position.
- Support new customers during onboarding and product setup
- Answer technical and product-related questions via email, chat, or video calls
- Troubleshoot basic platform or integration issues
- Work with engineering and product teams to escalate complex problems
- Track customer feedback and identify recurring issues
- Help create help guides, tutorials, and customer documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable learning new software and technical concepts
- Problem-solver who enjoys helping others succeed
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations or tasks
- Background in tech, business, communications, or self-taught experience welcome
- Prior customer support or internship experience is a plus, not required
