Technical Business Analyst - Remote

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst for a leading technology company specializing in retail media, revolutionizing the way brands connect with consumers. Our client's innovative platform empowers businesses to optimize their advertising strategies and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex business needs and translate them into clear, concise, and actionable technical requirements.
Process Mapping and Improvement: Analyze and optimize existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data analysis tools and techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system design documents, data flow diagrams, and user manuals, to ensure clarity and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to develop and execute test cases, identify and resolve defects, and ensure the quality and reliability of the platform.
Change Management: Support the implementation of new features and system upgrades by developing change management plans, providing training, and addressing user concerns.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with data modeling and ETL processes
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Understanding of API integrations and web services
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Familiarity with retail industry concepts and challenges

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience with machine learning and AI techniques
Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages
Experience with data engineering tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt)
Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform)
