We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst for a leading technology company specializing in retail media, revolutionizing the way brands connect with consumers. Our client's innovative platform empowers businesses to optimize their advertising strategies and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex business needs and translate them into clear, concise, and actionable technical requirements.
  • Process Mapping and Improvement: Analyze and optimize existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data analysis tools and techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system design documents, data flow diagrams, and user manuals, to ensure clarity and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to develop and execute test cases, identify and resolve defects, and ensure the quality and reliability of the platform.
  • Change Management: Support the implementation of new features and system upgrades by developing change management plans, providing training, and addressing user concerns.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with data modeling and ETL processes
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
  • Understanding of API integrations and web services
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Familiarity with retail industry concepts and challenges

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with machine learning and AI techniques
  • Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages
  • Experience with data engineering tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt)
  • Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform)
