Technical Analyst

This is a remote, contract role for a Technical Analyst. The Technical Analyst will analyze and interpret technical data to identify trends and insights, provide technical support for both internal teams and clients, and troubleshoot technical issues to drive resolution. The role includes preparing detailed reports, supporting data-driven decision-making processes, and maintaining effective communication with teams to understand their analytical needs.
- Strong Technical Analysis and Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and identify useful patterns.
- Experience in providing effective Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve challenges efficiently.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical findings clearly.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for data management and analysis, such as SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the education or technology training sector is a plus.
