PKF is currently recruiting a full-time manager to join our team. What’s important is that you see yourself as a leader of people and have the expertise to skills to bring a level of comfort and confidence to clients ranging from large conglomerates to small family businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and knowledgeable tax specialist to join our team. You will have the option to work from Sydney, Newcastle or remotely. You will have exposure to complex tax issues faced by our clients, while benefiting from continuing support to develop a successful career. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of a challenge and looking to benefit from a flexible and professional working environment. What we are looking for:

The successful applicant will:

  • Have the ability to inspire others and lead
  • Be a talented tax professional able to simply explain complex tax theory
  • Enjoy networking and have a knack for business development
  • Be able to demonstrate tax theory through storytelling
  • Have a strong desire to grow and develop both as a person and in your career
  • Strong collaborative skills, an enthusiastic work ethic and excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience at a Big 4 or mid-tier professional or accounting services firms preferred
  • CA/CPA qualified or Chartered Tax Adviser or Masters of Tax
  • 1-2 years' experience as a tax manager within a similar role
