Job Details

• Location: Remote / Work From Home
• Role: HR Recruiter (Non-IT)
• Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years
• Salary: ₹3,000 – ₹12,000 (During 3 Months Probation)
• Mandatory : BPO hiring experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment (BPO, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Field Roles)
• Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications
• Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Ensure smooth execution of the complete recruitment lifecycle

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory experience in BPO hiring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
• Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
