10 am to 7pm.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Trainee. The role involves gaining hands-on experience in full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruiting team in daily activities. The trainee will assist in building and maintaining employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization. Additional responsibilities include managing recruitment data and collaborating with team members to optimize hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
- Understanding of Interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
- Basic knowledge of Hiring processes and procedures
- Awareness of Employer Branding strategies and their application
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic recruiting environment
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
