Talent Acquisition Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and manage our recruitment operations remotely. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end hiring processes, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build a strong talent pipeline to support organizational growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with departmental workforce needs.
- Manage and optimize recruitment channels, job boards, and professional platforms.
- Design and execute innovative talent attraction strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong and active talent pipeline.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously enhance the candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and high-quality hiring decisions.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve performance targets.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a recruitment team.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
