Talent Acquisition Supervisor




Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and manage our recruitment operations remotely. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end hiring processes, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build a strong talent pipeline to support organizational growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with departmental workforce needs.
  • Manage and optimize recruitment channels, job boards, and professional platforms.
  • Design and execute innovative talent attraction strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong and active talent pipeline.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously enhance the candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve performance targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Previous experience supervising or leading a recruitment team.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
