Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with business leaders to attract top-tier talent and fulfill recruitment demands within the Operations and Supply Chain functions in the USA. You will focus on direct labor recruiting, manage requisitions, and develop diverse candidate pipelines. Your responsibilities include screening, scheduling, and conducting strategy meetings to fill positions efficiently. Day in the Life

  • Conduct high-volume screening and interview scheduling.
  • Engage in strategic meetings to align recruitment with business needs.
  • Source candidates and build talent pipelines proactively.
  • Partner with management to develop job specifications and salary recommendations.
  • Oversee applicant tracking and ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience in direct labor and high-volume manufacturing recruitment.
  • Proven talent acquisition experience in medical devices or related industries.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using AI and data analytics for candidate sourcing.
