Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier candidates. Day-to-day tasks include creating and executing hiring strategies, conducting interviews, fostering employer branding initiatives, and building partnerships to attract quality talent. Collaboration with internal teams is critical to ensure alignment with organizational goals and culture.


Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Proficiency in Employer Branding and effectively promoting organizational values to potential candidates
  • Strong Interviewing and Recruiting skills to identify top talent
  • Ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Previous recruitment experience within a dynamic or high-growth organization is highly desirable
