Job Title: Talent Acquisition Program Manager

  • Open to fully remote, with preference for Bay Area, LA, or Seattle
  • If local, expectation is ~2 days onsite/week (flexible)


Job Summary: Our team is seeking an exceptional leader to manage extensive initiatives within the Talent Experience & Operations sector. We focus on delivering a remarkable candidate journey from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and strong candidate relationships.


This is a broad program management role supporting both large-scale initiatives and smaller projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Driving execution and holding stakeholders accountable
  • Supporting change management and communications across TA
  • Building and delivering enablement content (trainings, lunch & learns)
  • Creating and executing comms plans for program rollouts
  • Developing documentation (BRDs, decks, status updates)
  • Identifying risks, surfacing issues, and driving resolution
  • Acting as a consultative partner to leadership, advising on long-term scalability


Top Requirements

  • 10–12+ years of program/project management experience
  • Strong Talent Acquisition (TA) domain knowledge
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs
  • Strong change management and communications experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (memos, decks, presentations)
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders (Directors/VPs)
  • Strong data storytelling skills
  • Experience working in Google Suite


Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to AI-related initiatives or implementations
  • Familiarity with Workday workflows (functional understanding, not technical)
