Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Program Coordinator to join the global talent team supporting the entire employee lifecycle. This role is perfect for a recent graduate eager to launch their career in Human Resources by gaining exposure to recruitment, event planning, program development, employee engagement, employer brand, and talent development.
The Talent Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment events, executing talent & employer brand programs, supporting career development workshops, and fostering an incredible candidate and employee experience. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, energy, and enthusiasm to grow in HR while collaborating on impactful projects.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with full-cycle program management, from planning and recruitment to onboarding, development workshops, and program evaluation.
- Coordinate and execute recruitment events, including scheduling interviews, organizing fairs, and preparing logistical materials.
- Support the creation and delivery of talent development workshops and initiatives designed to engage and grow talent.
- Manage program-related tasks, such as keeping requisitions updated, tracking data, and reporting recruitment metrics.
- Partner with external stakeholders, universities, and vendors to promote Apex programs and ensure operational success.
- Provide on-site and virtual support for recruiting events, development workshops, and team initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to creating a positive employee experience.
- Support the broader Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Program Teams.
- Travel to attend recruitment fairs, campus visits, and talent development events as required.
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Internship or experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, event planning, or project management is strongly preferred.
- Leadership experience in campus organizations such as fraternities, sororities, or student councils is a plus.
