Support Engineer – 6-Month Internship


About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused support engineer interns to join our team for a 6-month internship program. This opportunity is ideal for IT graduates who are passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and delivering excellent customer support.

As a Support Engineer Intern, you will assist customers by resolving technical queries, diagnosing issues, and ensuring a seamless product experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product- or system-related issues

Understand customer concerns and follow defined processes to ensure timely resolution

Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in ticketing systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer experience

Continuously update technical knowledge and stay informed about product enhancements

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field (B.Tech / B.E / BCA / B.Sc IT or equivalent)—Freshers can apply

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus)

Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Understanding of operating systems, networking basics, or SaaS platforms is an added advantage

Familiarity with customer support tools or ticketing systems is beneficial

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer-first mindset
