Role Title: Supply Chain Project Manager

Role Description:

Lead delivery of the USCAN Supply Planning (SaaS) program and other supply chain initiatives. Accountable for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while adhering to IT PMO standards.

Scope

1) USCAN Supply Planning (SaaS)

  • Lead end-to-end implementation with IT, vendor, SI partner, and business teams
  • Manage ownership, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
  • Maintain an integrated plan across key workstreams (apps, integrations, data, testing, reporting, change, cutover)

2) Other Supply Chain Initiatives

  • Deliver additional projects (e.g., planning digitization, logistics) as assigned

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Leadership

  • Own full lifecycle: initiation → go-live → hypercare → close
  • Manage plans, milestones, and dependencies
  • Lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability
  • Resolve issues and remove blockers

Risk & Issue Management (RAID)

  • Identify risks/issues and drive mitigation
  • Escalate appropriately to maintain project health
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions

Governance & Reporting

  • Ensure PMO compliance and audit-ready documentation
  • Maintain key artifacts (plan, RAID, status, decisions)
  • Deliver clear executive-level communication
  • Use project tools (e.g., Changepoint/Daptiv)

Stakeholders, Testing & Cutover

  • Align stakeholders on scope and priorities
  • Lead testing, training, and change management efforts
  • Own cutover planning and go/no-go readiness

Techno-Functional Leadership

  • Provide expertise in supply planning processes and systems

Deliverables

  • Charter, scope, KPIs, stakeholder map
  • Integrated project plan
  • RAID log with mitigation actions
  • Testing and readiness plans
  • Cutover plan and hypercare approach
  • Closure package (lessons learned, handoff)
