Structural Technologist

Job Duties

• Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Perform structural steel stud (CFS) framing layout and detailing
• Interpret structural drawings, loads, and specifications
• Coordinate structural and architectural models
• Produce construction documentation and shop drawings
• Assist in structural system development and detailing
• Review drawings for code compliance and coordination issues
• Collaborate with engineers and project stakeholders

Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural, Construction Engineering, or related field
• Or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural detailing and BIM coordination
• Demonstrated experience with cold-formed steel / steel stud framing systems
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Work Location: Remote
