Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear business goals to drive revenue and consistent growth
- Attract, source, and engage clients through targeted digital outreach and proven client-attraction strategies across major social and professional platforms
- Conduct professional sales calls using a consultative, solution-based approach
- Build strong client relationships through transparent, values-driven communication
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and optimise your sales pipeline
- Manage your workflow and pipeline using CRM systems and structured processes
- Identify new opportunities to expand reach, strengthen market presence, and increase conversions
- Support and mentor team members to maximise performance and productivity
- Participate in weekly development sessions to sharpen your business and leadership capability
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, business development, account management, client engagement, marketing, or related field.
- Open to exploring new ways of working and building your expertise.
- Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, goal orientation, and ability to navigate sales conversations with confidence.
- Comfort working independently, managing priorities, and staying outcome-focused.
- Proactive mindset with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital tools, and social media for professional client interaction (extensive training, resources and templates will be provided).
