Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Partner at Shoal. The Strategic Partner will drive partnerships by identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve mutual goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic initiatives, managing partner accounts, and contributing to business planning processes to align with Shoal's mission. This role requires proactive engagement with potential partners, delivering innovative solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships that drive growth and collaboration.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Strategic Partnerships and Business Development
- Skills in Consulting and Business Planning to craft innovative strategies and solutions
- Strong Account Management and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate within a dynamic, start-up environment
- Experience in the tech or social media industry is a strong asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
