Vytalitech is building a network of sharp, independent professionals who turn data into clarity. We’re currently looking to connect with visualization specialists—freelance or contract-based—who are passionate about making complex data both beautiful and strategically useful.

This is not a full-time role for a specific project, but part of an ongoing effort to identify contributors who bring strong visual thinking, business acumen, and insight communication to our growing BI and decision-support ecosystem.

What success looks like

You create dashboards and visual narratives that make insight immediately useful to decision-makers. You think beyond visuals—translating data into impact, and aligning design choices with business priorities.

You know how to balance aesthetics with clarity. You also know that a great chart is one that moves decisions forward—not just one that looks good in a slide deck.

This role complements our core focus on business intelligence, analysis, and strategic insight. We often identify opportunities where clear, visual storytelling accelerates understanding at the executive level—and we’re building a bench of contributors who know how to operate at that level of thinking.

Responsibilities

Design clear, user-friendly dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Translate business goals into visual reporting solutions
Identify which metrics matter—and how best to present them
Collaborate asynchronously on client and internal projects
Build visual systems that support business decisions, not just data exploration

Qualifications

Strong portfolio of dashboards or data visualizations with real-world business context
Proficiency in one or more BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Understanding of data storytelling, business value, and decision psychology
Experience working independently or on remote teams
Bonus: strategic thinking, consulting experience, or business domain knowledge
