The Role
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, aligning Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams with data science insights.
- Design, prototype, and productionize advanced machine learning models and AI systems to optimize procurement workflows.
- Collaborate on ML infrastructure, pipelines, and operations using AWS, Snowflake, and dbt to support robust model deployment.
- Drive the data science roadmap, influencing strategic decisions and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in ML and AI development.
- 6+ years experience in data science with strong expertise in machine learning, statistics, and data modeling.
- Proficiency (6+ years) in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in AWS, Snowflake, or dbt.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering measurable organizational impact through advanced data solutions.
- A BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related quantitative field.
