The Role

We are seeking a Senior Territory Manager to own and accelerate revenue growth within an assigned region.


This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and understands how to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.


You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing territory sales strategies
  • Building and managing relationships with owners, operators, asset managers, and partners
  • Driving pipeline development and closing new business
  • Leading product demonstrations and solution positioning
  • Identifying expansion and upsell opportunities within accounts
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Contributing market insights to refine go-to-market strategy



What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and territory management
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Experience in PropTech, SaaS, IoT, or real estate technology (strong asset)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
