The Role
We are seeking a Senior Territory Manager to own and accelerate revenue growth within an assigned region.
This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and understands how to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Building and managing relationships with owners, operators, asset managers, and partners
- Driving pipeline development and closing new business
- Leading product demonstrations and solution positioning
- Identifying expansion and upsell opportunities within accounts
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers
- Contributing market insights to refine go-to-market strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales and territory management
- Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Experience in PropTech, SaaS, IoT, or real estate technology (strong asset)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
