Overview:
We’re hiring a Sr. Manager of Demand Generation to scale our demand function into the next stage of growth. You’ll step into an opportunity to turn what’s working today into a mature, scalable engine.
Your job is to make clear bets that maximize pipeline, conversion rates, and CAC efficiency. You’ll drive multi-channel programs across paid, organic, and emerging channels — ensuring the mix works together as one system and budget flows fluidly to where it will have the most impact.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, and use data to refine both.
Who is Blip?
Blip is a two-sided marketplace for accessing billboards on-demand. (Think: AirBnB for digital signs!) Advertisers can use our platform to upload and send digital ads to digital signs all across the country, including Times Square.
With this marketplace we serve two customers:
- Advertisers – we have democratized access to billboards so that for the first time in history, a startup shoe company can occupy the same ad space as Nike does. May the best ideas and products win, regardless of who has the largest marketing budget.
- Media Owners – this novel source of advertising demand (our Marketplace) creates new revenue streams for sign owners that they don’t have to pay to acquire, allowing these small business owners to put more cash in their pockets for their mortgage, family vacations, and kids’ college tuition.

Position Responsibilities:
Journey Design & Segmentation
- Map end-to-end user journeys across key milestones
- Segment users based on behavior, spend, and intent
- Align growth strategy accordingly
Demand Generation
- Architect integrated demand generation programs across digital, paid, social, and new channels
- Stand up our first ABM motion and refine it into a repeatable program
- Scale proven channels while experimenting quickly with new ones, turning them into repeatable, mature programs
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and improve marketing-sourced pipeline creation, conversion, and efficiency (including CAC)
- Run experiments on messaging, timing, and sequencing
- Use insights to continuously refine both brand and lifecycle programs
Ideal Candidate:
- You have a track record of improving pipeline, conversion, and CAC — and you hold yourself to those results
- You architect integrated programs where channels reinforce each other, and you know when to shift budget or double down
- You’ve built, mentored, and scaled in-house demand gen teams before, and you know when to use agencies to fill gaps
- You’re an analytical storyteller — equally comfortable running the numbers, forming a hypothesis, and presenting a clear, compelling story to execs
