Sr. Graphic Designer - Branding and Presentation


Corporate sports client is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to work with their team. This is a 20 hour/week, fully remote, 3 month contract opportunity with the possibility to extend. This role involves creating the visual identity and design system for the platform, including the website-skin, logo, presentation templates, and supporting visual assets.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned designer with a refined aesthetic, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to create polished, cohesive brand systems. They have a background that likely includes working at creative agencies or in-house brand teams and are comfortable owning a project from concept through execution. They excel in visual storytelling and presentation design, particularly in simplifying complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals.

MUST HAVE:
-5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication
-Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
-Strong presentation design skills, especially in PowerPoint
-Demonstrated experience developing brand systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual assets
-Clean, modern, and professional design aesthetic
-Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate with stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Design the website skin, including color systems, typography, header images, banners, and thumbnails for a new internal employee training platform
-Build cohesive, visually compelling presentation templates and decks
-Translate complex or technical content into simple, visual storytelling
-Collaborate with internal teams to refine concepts and ensure alignment with brand strategy
-Deliver production-ready files and maintain a consistent design standard across all materials

NICE TO HAVE:
-Previous agency experience
-Experience in learning platforms, corporate training, or digital product branding
-Motion graphics or animation experience
-Knowledge of UX/UI best practices
-Familiarity with design systems and component-based branding
