The Opportunity
Dynatron Software is seeking a strategic Senior Financial Analyst to play a pivotal role in the expansion and maturation of our FP&A function. As the second member of the team, you will partner closely with the VP, Finance to elevate financial modeling, enhance reporting capabilities, implement new systems and processes, and deliver high-impact analysis that informs decisions across the entire business.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze Performance: Deliver actionable insights into company-wide and departmental financial performance, including monthly reporting packages comparing results to Plan and prior year
- Build Scalable Models: Develop and maintain robust financial models across bookings, revenue, headcount, expenses, SaaS metrics, cash flow, balance sheet forecasting, and capacity planning
- Partner with Leaders: Collaborate closely with business partners and executives to support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly business reviews
- Drive Process Innovation: Identify and implement opportunities to automate, optimize, and modernize FP&A processes, leveraging AI, automation, and scalable systems
- Support Strategic Decisions: Prepare ad hoc financial and strategic analyses, including product business cases, investment evaluations, and cost/benefit assessments
- Strengthen Controls: Support and maintain strong internal controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across financial reporting and forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and data visualization tools strongly preferred
- Experience in SaaS and private equity-backed environments is a plus
- Ability to translate complex financial insights into clear, compelling business narratives for operators and executives
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Remote-first role (US-based)
- Occasional travel to Dynatron headquarters in the Dallas or Las Vegas metros (~10%)
