Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sr. Account Manager. The Sr. Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. You have ownership of the post-sales client relationship, starting with implementation of new group accounts through the life cycle of the client. Responsibilities include overseeing account operations, resolving client inquiries, analyzing accounts to provide tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service performance and client satisfaction. The role requires proactive communication, effective problem-solving, and the ability to drive continuous improvement for client engagement and retention.


Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management abilities, including communication, client engagement, and account strategy skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a TPA/self-funding benefits admin
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Ownership mindset - relentless curiosity and accountability
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service and operational performance
  • Proven organizational skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred. Relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
