A growing advisory firm is looking to add an experienced Senior SR&ED Consultant to its team. This is a fully remote opportunity with strong earning potential and long-term growth for the right individual.

We are seeking someone who has direct, hands-on SR&ED experience and can independently manage engagements from assessment through to claim submission and CRA review support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end SR&ED engagements across multiple industries

• Conduct technical interviews and eligibility assessments with client teams

• Prepare detailed, defensible technical narratives aligned with CRA guidelines

• Support and defend claims during CRA technical reviews when required

• Advise clients on documentation best practices and process improvements

• Identify complementary non-dilutive funding opportunities such as grants and innovation programs

• Build strong relationships with senior technical and executive stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of direct SR&ED consulting experience

• Strong knowledge of CRA SR&ED policy, eligibility criteria, and audit process

• Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or related technical field

• Proven ability to write high-quality technical project narratives

• Experience supporting CRA reviews or audits

• Strong client-facing communication skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently

Nice to Have

• Experience in multiple industries such as software, manufacturing, automation, aerospace, or advanced materials

• Exposure to grant funding and other innovation incentive programs

• Prior experience in a consulting or advisory firm environment
