Job Description
Our client, a luxury real estate and lifestyle brand, is seeking a refined Senior Designer or Art Director-level player to support ongoing creative needs. The Senior Designer will lead concept development and execution across digital first campaigns, high end presentation design, and premium print collateral within a sophisticated, modern luxury brand system. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional taste, strong conceptual thinking, and elevated craft, and operates effectively in a fast paced, iterative environment while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and brand integrity. You will use your own laptop for this engagement and will need your own licenses to the appropriate software and tools required.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Creative: Concept and design digital first assets across web, display, paid social, and email; develop clean, modern, and architecturally inspired visual narratives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Presentation Design: Build polished executive and investor level presentations in Keynote and or PowerPoint; translate complex ideas into clear, well structured visual stories.
- Print and Collateral: Design high end printed pieces including brochures, marketing collateral, and brand assets; deliver typography driven, layout strong materials with meticulous quality standards.
- Brand Stewardship: Apply, refine, and help evolve brand systems; contribute to future guideline development and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
- Workflow and Collaboration: Manage deliverables against fast timelines, including next day turnarounds when needed; communicate proactively, organize files and feedback, and partner closely with cross functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 7 or more years of professional design or art direction experience, ideally within luxury, architecture, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle categories.
- Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong proficiency in Keynote and or PowerPoint for executive caliber presentations.
- Demonstrated excellence in typography, layout systems, composition, and brand system thinking.
- Refined, timeless aesthetic oriented toward modern luxury rather than trend driven design.
- Ability to work quickly without compromising craft or accuracy; highly organized, responsive, and comfortable with fluid deadlines.
- Optional: Familiarity with Figma is a plus but not required.
Portfolio Requirements
- Work that showcases luxury or elevated brand experience.
- Digital campaign examples across paid and owned channels.
- High end presentation design demonstrating clarity and visual storytelling.
- Strong typography and layout systems across both print and digital executions.
