Optomi is in partnership with a marketing and technology client seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support high-volume hiring initiatives across multiple business units and job families. This role will focus on top of funnel sourcing to build qualified candidate pipelines for internal recruiters managing 10+ requisitions simultaneously. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with Talent Acquisition Business Partners across various teams including Data, Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, and more. This is a fully remote position, however candidates must be available to work EST hours.

Experience of the Right Candidate:

  • Dedicated sourcing experience (not full-cycle recruiting) - "Talent Sourcer" or "Sourcing Specialist" title strongly preferred
  • Large enterprise sourcing background - experience at Fortune 500 companies or high-growth tech organizations
  • Multi-requisition management - proven ability to support 10+ open positions simultaneously while maintaining quality
  • Cross-functional sourcing expertise - experience across various job families (Data, Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, etc.)
  • Metrics-driven approach - strong track record with sourcing KPIs including outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline conversion
  • Niche talent identification - ability to source hard-to-fill roles including hybrid/onsite positions with specialized skill sets
  • ATS proficiency - Greenhouse experience preferred but multiple ATS platforms (Workday, Lever, iCIMS) valued
  • Bonus: 2-3 years of sourcing experience with an outgoing, energetic personality and cultural awareness


Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:

  • Source qualified candidates across multiple job families and business units
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for various position levels from entry-level to executive
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Conduct initial outreach and engagement with passive candidates
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics including outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline health
  • Identify and engage niche talent for specialized or hard-to-fill requisitions
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in Greenhouse ATS
