  • Strategy Evolution: Challenge and scale social strategies across a portfolio of 60+ diverse client partners.
  • Resonant Storytelling: Ensure authentic brand voices across all platforms through effective copy and innovative content strategies.
  • Content Production: Develop and produce social assets independently, with client partners, or in collaboration with the internal Studio team.
  • Community & Influencer Growth: Proactively curate lists of influential personalities and local businesses to execute collaborative partnerships and "growth" outreach.
  • Community Management: Actively engage audiences to build brand loyalty and resolve customer issues in real-time.
  • A/B Testing & Innovation: Implement testing in organic and paid campaigns; drive adoption of emerging trends, AI tools, and new channels.
  • Paid Media Management: Execute and manage paid social campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and other platform tools to amplify reach and drive conversion.
  • Data Synthesis: Collect, monitor, and present high-level, data-informed insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Operational Oversight: Review and approve team strategies to ensure integrated marketing output aligns with high-level brand goals.
