About Bitcoin Culture Hub

Bitcoin Culture Hub (BCH) is the gateway to Bitcoin’s Community Center, where newcomers, creators, collectors, and college students discover Bitcoin in a human, modern, and unforgettable way. BCH acts as a unified platform that blends media, culture, and community. From IRL storytelling at Bitcoin events to short-form content across X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Nostr, we showcase the people, stories, and culture driving Bitcoin forward.

Join us to help amplify the cultural side of Bitcoin for a global audience.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Intern for a focused 2-month, part-time unpaid internship, you will support BCH’s content operations across X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Nostr. You will manage automated scheduling via Publer, publish high-performing formats modeled on our existing content playbook, and collaborate with the CEO and media team to execute BCH’s media vision.

Your work will directly impact BCH’s digital footprint, helping us scale from thousands to tens of thousands of daily viewers. Ideal for students or early-career creators who want to build a portfolio in social media marketing, digital storytelling, and Bitcoin culture.

Exceptional contributors may be offered extended collaboration or future contract opportunities.

Responsibilities

Content Publishing & Scheduling
  • Manage automated posting schedules on Publer across X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Nostr.
  • Replicate BCH’s proven content formats and performance patterns on X, ensuring brand consistency and voice.
  • Upload, crop, and format short-form video clips for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Nostr.
  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence (daily/near-daily) following BCH’s editorial and content calendar.

Performance Optimization
  • Track engagement data weekly (views, likes, reposts, retention, comments) and propose small experiments to improve performance.
  • Identify high-signal clips or culture moments that can be repurposed across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure all posts follow best practices for timing, hashtags, captions, and platform-specific algorithms.

Creative Support & Brand Execution
  • Work with the CEO and media team to execute BCH’s media strategy (e.g., culture storytelling, creator spotlights, event coverage).
  • Assist in preparing raw clips, timestamping longer videos, and organizing content libraries.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new formats and creative experiments aligned with BCH’s media vision.

Community & Culture Integration
  • Monitor cultural conversations across Bitcoin Twitter, Nostr, and emerging creator communities.
  • Surface trends, culture moments, and viral hooks relevant to BCH audiences.
  • Help ensure BCH remains deeply plugged into the everyday cultural pulse of Bitcoin.

Qualifications
  • Strong familiarity with X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ideally Nostr.
  • Experience using Publer or another scheduling tool (Publer training provided).
  • Keen eye for short-form storytelling: hooks, pacing, captions, and trends.
  • Interest in Bitcoin culture, creator ecosystems, media, and digital communities.
  • Ability to manage time, follow a consistent posting cadence, and hit weekly deadlines.
  • Basic video editing ability (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Express, Final Cut, or similar) is a plus.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment.

What We Offer
  • Direct mentorship from BCH CEO and media leads on brand, content strategy, and modern media production.
  • Hands-on experience inside a high-growth Bitcoin startup defining the cultural narrative of the ecosystem.
  • A standout portfolio of real, high-visibility social content across major platforms.
  • Flexible, remote-friendly schedule with asynchronous communication.
  • Opportunity for future paid contract work based on performance.

Note: This is an unpaid, 2-month internship designed for portfolio building, industry exposure, and hands-on learning in a real media environment.
