Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance online presence and engagement. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and optimizing content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives. The role will also involve fostering strong communication and engagement with the online community.


Qualifications

Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to build engagement and drive results

Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft compelling and effective messages

Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy for diverse platforms

Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and improve performance

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred



Social Media Management

•    Plan and manage structured content calendars

•    Write strategic, brand-aligned captions

•    Schedule and publish content consistently

•    Manage engagement and DMs professionally

•    Track performance and provide monthly reports


Paid Advertising & Campaign Support

•    Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

•    Manage TikTok Ads

•    create campaign strategy and execution

•    Monitor ad performance and optimize for results


We’re Looking For

You must:

•    Have experience managing a business, tech, or digital company

•    Have hands-on experience running Meta Ads

•    Understand TikTok ad structures

•    Understand branding and positioning

•    Be strategic, not just operational

•    Be organized and deadline-driven

•    Be responsive and available during agreed working hours


Probationary Requirement

All selected candidates must undergo a mandatory two (2) week probationary period before official recruitment.


This period will assess:

•    Skill level

•    Execution quality

•    Responsiveness

•    Alignment with EaseInBiz standards


Only candidates who pass this probation will be confirmed as full-time.


Salary upon confirmation: ₦50,000 per month
