Role Description

This is a remote role as a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing effective social media strategies, developing content calendars, creating engaging posts across various platforms, optimizing social media campaigns, and managing the company's online presence. They will play a key role in enhancing iRole's digital visibility, connecting with audiences, and driving engagement.


#Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Create and manage monthly content calendars and oversee publishing across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others).

• Lead content creation efforts, including copywriting, creative ideation, and coordination with the design team.

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI, engagement, and sales.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.

• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages professionally and promptly.

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition goals.

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
